The course locker is not meant to be accessed via the web browser but can be accessed using FileZilla, PuTTY, X-Win32, and similar programs depending on what features of the locker you are trying to access.
If you have previously taken E115 here at NC State, the technique to access the AFS in that class should carry over, although with a different course locker being used.
