Computer Labs

ITECS supports 3 main Eos computer labs in Fitts-Woolard Hall, Engineering Building III, and 111 Lampe Dr. that are available for student use. We also have other Eos computers around campus listed below.

Student Laptop Loan Program

ITECS offers 2-14 day Windows laptop loans for full-time, undergraduate College of Engineering students! It includes popular engineering software and is perfect for temporary needs, like laptop repairs.

Software Assistance

We help students, faculty, and staff find, license, and use engineering-specific software—whether on personal devices, through the Virtual Computing Lab, or in campus labs.

Students can remotely access NCSU lab computers via the Virtual Computing Lab (VCL).

Poster Printing

The ITECS Service Desk manages 2 plotter printers in the Fitts-Woolard Hall Eos Lab (Room 2351) and 1 in Engineering Building I (only for students, faculty, and staff in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, appointment required)
