If you need access to the software and resources of NC State College of Engineering lab machines, we have an immediate solution for you. Go to Engineering Information Technology Remote Computer Access site to get access to a Windows OS lab machine. Instructions on how to access these machines are at the top of the page. Access is provided through the NC State Univerisity VPN. Any computer that is used does not show up on the list. The Windows OS will log off after 45 minutes of inactivity.
If you need Linux lab machine access, go to remote.eos.ncsu.edu server. This process takes knowledge of Linux. General info is located at here.
