Whether you are a new student, faculty member or staff, we welcome you to NC State University. Engineering IT wants to help you take full advantage of everything the Wolfpack has to offer.
There are help desks on both main and Centennial campuses. If you are in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering or the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, ITECS provides all your IT services. Otherwise, you might also have specific departmental IT support.
Our emergency notification system is Wolfalert.
In case of catastrophic events occurring on or near campus. Wolfalert uses outdoor sirens, audible speakers, mass email, texts, and changes to our homepage and the billboards scattered across campus to alert us. The sirens and speakers are tested on the first Monday of every month at 12:15 pm.
