There are various options available to store your data. Possible locations are:
- Google Drive – for personal documents and files that need to be shared with other individuals. Files are automatically backed up with unlimited storage and can be accessed via Drive File Stream app or web browser.
- K: (AFS) drive – also an option to store your personal files, though not recommended. It has 10GB of storage. It needs an AFS client to access.
- M: drive – for department documents. It has limited access and files are automatically backed up once per day.
- Local C: drive – for non-important files as they are not automatically backed up. Generally not recommended as data will be lost if the hard drive on your computer fails or if the computer has to be re-imaged.
