Convert PowerPoint to PDF for Printing

Some devices like the plotters require a PDF file in order to print off a USB drive.  Many people create posters in Powerpoint that will need to be converted to a PDF file.  Here are the steps to do so.

  1. Once in PowerPoint, go to File.
  2. Navigate to Export and then click on Create PDF/XPS Document
  3. Save to desktop.
  4. Try opening the PDF version
