Service Desk staff members provide general information about computing services for the College of Engineering. This includes information about access to services provided by ITECS and other IT departments at NCSU. Service Desk staff are familiar with and abide by University policies associated with the responsible use of information technologies.

Service Desk staff are able to recognize questions that go beyond the scope of services provided by the ITECS Service Desk and make accurate referrals to other groups within ITECS and NCSU.
