The Active Directory Toolkit website will help you see what software has been assigned to a managed computer. It allows for the assigning and upgrading of software by updating the computer groups. The Active Directory Toolkit also has reports for users getting locked out, how long it’s been since a computer has talked to the domain, and whether a laptop is bitlockered.
Note: Access to the reports for part-time helpdesk are controlled via the $OU-ADToolkit_Reports groups for each OU.
