Update - 2 January 2025: Students can download the student edition of FlightStream directly from Altair going forward.
- Follow the instructions here which will step you through creating an Altair account, then downloading and installing FlightStream: Altair Student Edition
- You can also download the installer using the below instructions, but that will only work through 31 January 2025.
- Because this is a standalone license, no connection to the NCSU network or the NCSU VPN is necessary.
- It includes a built-in license that expires 31 January 2025.
- To install:

FlightStream_2023-2_exp_2025_01_31.zipfile below and unzip it. - The resulting folder will contain six files. One of them is
FlightStream.exe. Just run that and FlightStream will run, with an expiration date of 31 January 2025.
