3 December 2024: Due to problems with the FlightStream license server, Research in Flight has made the FlightStream 2023.2 software available to MAE students on a temporary basis. This allows students to download FlightStream to their own computers.
  • FlightStream is only available for Windows.
  • Because this is a standalone license, no connection to the NCSU network or the NCSU VPN is necessary.
  • It includes a built-in license that expires 31 January 2025.
  • To install:
    • Download the FlightStream_2023-2_exp_2025_01_31.zip file below and unzip it.
    • The resulting folder will contain six files. One of them is FlightStream.exe. Just run that and FlightStream will run, with an expiration date of 31 January 2025.
  • Check this page in January 2025 for plans going forward regarding access to FlightStream.
