Installation of Origin on a computer owned by a business other than NC State University is strictly prohibited. You are authorized to use Origin while you are enrolled in, or employed by, NC State.
Your acceptance of this agreement indicates that you understand and will comply with the requirements of the Origin license:

Installation information
Info you will need during installation is as follows:- Instructions for installing and configuring the software to use the NCSU license server are available here: Origin: Installation Instructions
- A video walkthrough of the above instructions is located here: Origin 2018b Installation Instructions. Though they were initially for version 2018b, the instructions work for later versions of Origin as well.
- If you are running Origin on campus, as long as you are connected to the campus network (wired or wireless), you do not need to do anything else. If you are running Origin from off campus, you will need to connect to the NCSU VPN before starting Origin; otherwise, you will get a license error and the program will not run.
