Description
SOLIDCast Casting Simulation software is the world's most popular pc-based solidification modeling system and cast design software used in the casting industry. SOLIDCast is developed after analyzing and focusing on the real time issues & problems when designing and making solid casts. Unlike other software engineers who come from academic backgrounds, the software engineers who develop this Casting Simulation software have actual experience in foundries and casting industry. They have been applying their experience since 1985 to improve SOLIDCast Casting Simulation software and SOLIDCast family of products. Their combined experience in Software engineering and foundries has made SOLIDCast the most practical software for casting industry.
User Agreement
SOLIDCast is made available to you through the College of Engineering's SOLIDCast license. The NC State College of Engineering is ordering the right for you to use SOLIDCast for academic-related purposes. Installation of SOLIDCast on a computer owned by a business other than NC State University is strictly prohibited. You are authorized to use SOLIDCast while you are enrolled in, employed by, or taking a specific course required by, NC State. Your acceptance of this agreement indicates that you understand and will comply with the requirements of the SOLIDCast license: I understand that I will not give this download to anyone else nor install it on anyone else's computer for them. I understand that redistribution of this software is strictly prohibited and is a violation of the terms and conditions of the license agreement and the NC State University Computing Policy.
  • Licensing is done on a named-user basis. When starting SOLIDCast, you need to enter your login info, which is specific to SOLIDCast (not your NCSU email/password).
