Grants

The Grants API automatically populates faculty bio pages with current grant information, pulling data directly from institutional sources of record. Faculty members can easily review their complete grant list through a simple interface and choose which grants to display publicly on their bio pages, giving them full control over their professional presentation while eliminating the manual work of keeping grant information current.

Release Time

The Release Time Management System tracks faculty teaching load reductions by monitoring allocation amounts, duration periods and associated salary adjustments for each faculty member. The system provides administrators with clear oversight of release time commitments across the college while ensuring accurate compensation calculations and scheduling coordination.

Foundation

The Foundation Finance Management System enables the Engineering Foundation to track donations, pledges and scholarship funding in one centralized platform. The system monitors incoming contributions, manages pledge commitments and provides clear visibility into scholarship and award funding levels, helping foundation staff efficiently oversee their development efforts and ensure student support programs remain fully funded.

Program Assessment Tool

The Program Assessment Tool (PAT) streamlines the collection and analysis of student outcome data to support ABET accreditation requirements across engineering programs. Beyond compliance, the system serves as a comprehensive platform for continuous improvement, enabling faculty to track student performance metrics, identify areas for enhancement and implement data-driven changes to curriculum and teaching methods. This dual-purpose approach transforms mandatory assessment into an ongoing cycle of educational improvement.

Engineering Ambassadors

The Engineering Ambassadors app is a scheduling and event management platform designed to streamline coordination between the college’s full-time staff and student ambassadors. Staff members create and post upcoming events and student ambassadors browse available opportunities. Ambassadors can sign up for specific time slots that fit their schedules—eliminating the need for manual coordination. This ensures adequate coverage for engineering events and gives student ambassadors the flexibility to choose when and how they contribute to college activities.

Online Police Reports

Online Police Reports is a web-based database system that provides organized access to campus police incident reports. The platform allows users to search and retrieve police reports using multiple criteria including specific report numbers, incident dates and victim names. This digital repository serves as a centralized hub for campus law enforcement documentation, enabling stakeholders to efficiently locate and access incident reports without the need for manual file searches or direct contact with police administrative staff.
