This page details the engineering mailing lists currently managed through Persona, an attribute-driven group automation service, along with the populations included in each list. Because Persona automatically updates membership based on a person’s attributes—such as role, department, or status—rather than requiring manual additions or removals, each list’s membership reflects who currently qualifies under its criteria (for example, faculty, undergraduate students, staff, or some combination of these). If you need a new mailing list created, an existing list automated through Persona, or have questions about who can post to a particular group, please contact eoshelp@ncsu.edu.

Please keep the following in mind when using these lists:

• These lists are reserved for internal College business only.
• Membership excludes “No Pays” and student workers, regardless of group.
• Posting access is limited to a small number of administrators to ensure communications remain purposeful and infrequent.
